CRB Mechanical Contractor Process

Meeting with Client

Step 1:

At CRB Mechanical Ltd. we focus on exceptional customer service that starts with the initial meeting. This can be in person, at the job site, or over the phone. Initial impressions are very important, and we make sure that our clients can have confidence in working with our company, as a partnership, to achieve their goals.

Discuss Needs

Step 2:

During the meeting, a member of the team will work with the client to identify their specific needs for the proposed project.  Notes are taken and options are discussed at this point. It may be determined that a phased approach is best, or options are suggested at this time. It is a collaborative effort, and we make sure to understand the desired outcome, in terms of aesthetics, budget and of course functionality.

Design The Project

Step 3:

After the meeting, and based on the conversation and notes, the project is designed by our team, which can include suppliers, sub-contractors and other sources, to ensure the best plans are prepared. The client is able to approve the final project design at this point and we can prepare for the installation process.

Step 4:

Once the plans have been finalized, the project is scheduled for installation. The team will arrive on-site at a mutually agreed upon time to begin the work. Communication with the client throughout this step in the process is key, as potential problems or opportunities arise. Throughout the installation, great care is taken to keep the job site clean.

Step 5:

Upon completion, details of the job and any information pertinent to the client in regards to system operation and maintenance suggestions are presented to the client in walk through. We strive to make the entire project as stress-free as possible for the client with the goal of complete customer satisfaction.

Step 6:

CRB Mechanical proudly honours the quality of their project design and workmanship.  Thus, any service or maintenance work required will be scheduled promptly. We also contact our customers on a yearly basis to schedule manufacturer required maintenance and service, specifically on our hydronic and tankless hot water heating systems.
